Comes with a protective black silicone case. Still works great but the rubber ear socks have wear from use. The left earbud has a tear in the rubber sock that was glued back together. Still works great and no issues but there is a tear on the left earbud that is pictured. Rubber ear socks are an issue with the earbuds and they do sell replacement ones but with the small tears on mine I was able to put a small amount of glue on them to fix. Will ship a usb c charger with the case case/earbuds as well.
