Both the above malfunctions can be remedied with a near-100% success rate. Your HomePod will be professionally repaired and restored to a fully-functional working condition with like-new sound quality or we will refund your purchase. Upon purchase we will issue and digitally send a shipping label to you for shipping your HomePod to us and our qualified technicians will fix and return it to you within 2 business days after we receive your HomePod. Here is the process rundown: SHIPPING LABEL: We will purchase and send a USPS ground shipping label for you within 24 hours of your purchase (we'll send a JPEG on eBay messaging, and email a PDF).
